Within the last year I have acquired The Meatstick wireless thermometer and I have fallen in love! There was a Christmas one year that I cooked our prime rib roast until it was brown, tough and terrible and I never wanted to do that again!
The reason I love this product is because I can stick it in my meat and cook it without worrying that I will overdo it! I can monitor the temperature of my meal from my phone and it will give me an alert before it's to the temperature I want to have it at.
