    Tips

    • Make sure to use Medjool dates for the best results, as they are naturally soft and sweet.
    • For a smoother texture, soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes before using.
    • Moisten your hands slightly when rolling the truffle mixture to avoid sticking.
    • If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before rolling it into balls.
    • For added texture and flavor, experiment with different coatings like almond meal, chia seeds, or coconut.

    Ingredients

    • Medjool dates
    • Almond or peanut butter (smooth)
    • Unsweetened cocoa powder
    • Milk of your choice (almond, coconut, or even water)
    • Vanilla extract
    • Sea salt

    • For a vegan option, use plant-based milk or water instead of regular milk.

    • Tray or large plate
    • Airtight container

    FAQs

    • A pinch of sea salt

    Instructions

    • Add the pitted Medjool dates, smooth almond or peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, your preferred milk or water, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to a food processor. Process the mixture until it reaches a uniform, dough-like texture.
