Instructions
Mix spelt flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Pour wet ingredients into dry. Stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Cook in preheated waffle iron until golden and crispy.
