Instructions
Begin by adding the halved strawberries and lemon juice to your blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth, pureed consistency. If needed, start with a lesser amount of lemon juice and add more later to suit your taste preferences.
Incorporate the honey (or your choice of sweetener) into the blended mixture and the optional vanilla extract. Blend everything together until well combined. At this point, taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness to your liking.
