Ingredients
  

  • 3-5 large lemons adjust according to your preference
  • 1.1 lbs fresh strawberries tops removed and cut in halves
  • cup honey or more to taste (you can use agave or maple syrup as a vegan alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract optional
  • Cold water as necessary
  • A pinch of sea salt optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
  • A splash of soda water for fizziness optional

Instructions
 

  • Begin by adding the halved strawberries and lemon juice to your blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth, pureed consistency. If needed, start with a lesser amount of lemon juice and add more later to suit your taste preferences.
  • Incorporate the honey (or your choice of sweetener) into the blended mixture and the optional vanilla extract. Blend everything together until well combined. At this point, taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness to your liking.
  • If you find the lemonade too thick, pour in a bit of cold water and blend until it reaches your desired consistency. For an interesting twist, you may also add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavors.
  • To serve, pour the strawberry honey lemonade into glasses, either as is or over ice. If you prefer some fizz, mix in a splash of soda water. Don't forget to garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of elegance and flavor. Cheers to your refreshing springtime drink!
