Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup*
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 3 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen

Instructions
 

  • Add the old-fashioned rolled oats and the milk to a pint size mason jar.
  • Stir in the maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
  • Top the jar with bee pollen, goji berries and slivered almonds.
  • Put the lid on the jar and place it in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  • Eat it with a spoon and enjoy!

Notes

I use maple syrup for this recipe because I mix the sweetener in, then place it in the fridge. Normally I use honey as a sweetener, but refrigerating honey makes it crystallize. You can use honey instead of maple syrup, but you shouldn’t add it to the oats until right before you eat it.
