Add the milk into a small saucepan and turn the heat to low-medium.
Smash the cardamom pod so that it cracks open.
Add the cardamom pod, turmeric, cocoa powder, cinnamon and cayenne pepper powder to the saucepan and whisk constantly.
Heat the milk until it just begins to bubble on the sides of the pan and steams. Do not boil.
Remove the milk mixture from the heat and remove the cardamom pod. Pour the turmeric hot chocolate into a mug and add the honey. Stir and serve while hot. Enjoy!
