Scoop out the contents of the can of full-fat coconut milk into a small bowl and stir until it’s combined together and homogenous.
Measure out ¼ cup of the coconut milk and warm it up (microwave or stovetop).
In a small saucepan, heat the water up until steaming and almost boiling.
Measure out the matcha into the serving mug.
Pour half of the hot water into the mug with the matcha and with a handheld milk frother, mix it together until there are no more matcha clumps and it begins to foam.
Add the rest of the water, the warm coconut milk and the honey.
Froth again. Serve while hot and enjoy!
Notes
If you prefer lite coconut milk, add a 1:1 ratio of coconut milk to water for more creaminess.
