Coconut Matcha Latte (4 ingredients)

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk *
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1-2 teaspoons matcha
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Scoop out the contents of the can of full-fat coconut milk into a small bowl and stir until it’s combined together and homogenous.
  • Measure out ¼ cup of the coconut milk and warm it up (microwave or stovetop).
  • In a small saucepan, heat the water up until steaming and almost boiling.
  • Measure out the matcha into the serving mug.
  • Pour half of the hot water into the mug with the matcha and with a handheld milk frother, mix it together until there are no more matcha clumps and it begins to foam.
  • Add the rest of the water, the warm coconut milk and the honey.
  • Froth again. Serve while hot and enjoy!

Notes

If you prefer lite coconut milk, add a 1:1 ratio of coconut milk to water for more creaminess.
