Zest of 1 orange

dark chocolate

vanilla extract
Instructions
Place bread cubes in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk milk, cream, eggs, sugar, orange zest, juice, and vanilla.
Add chocolate to bread. Pour custard over, gently fold. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
