Brew 1 shot of espresso or very strong coffee.
Add the milk to a small saucepan.
Crush the 2 cardamom pods to release the flavor (just smash it a little under a cup or something) and add them to the milk along with the rose water.
Turn the stove on low-medium heat and heat up the milk until it steams. Do not boil it!
Remove it from the heat and filter out the cardamom pods. Pour the hot milk into a large coffee mug.
Add the honey and vanilla extract.
With a handheld milk frother, froth the milk until it is foamy and has almost doubled in size.
Pour the brewed espresso into the frothed milk.
Garnish with rose pedals (optional) and enjoy it while it’s hot!
