This delicious caramelized mushrooms recipe is the perfect mushrooms side dish for steaks or burgers. White mushrooms are cooked with butter and garlic until brown and crispy.
1tablespoonminced garlicor 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic
Instructions
Clean all of the mushrooms with a damp paper towel or kitchen cloth
Cut the end off of the stem and slice all of the mushrooms into pieces
Add all of the ingredients to a large pot and begin to sauté on medium to high heat stirring frequently
Continue sautéing until butter cooks away and mushrooms become brown, crispy and caramelized- about 20 minutes. Serve with steaks or burgers
