Burrata Caprese Salad
Emily A.
This burrata caprese salad recipe consists of fresh tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar and deliciously creamy burrata cheese. This caprese salad recipe is different from others (and better IMO) since it uses fresh burrata cheese as opposed to mozzarella.
