    And more! Let’s get cooking.

    1.Chicken Shawarma

This chicken shawarma recipe is authentically delicious: well-spiced, tender with a bite, and amazing in any meal! It’s a great choice for a quick dinner or lunch that keeps well and is sure to hit the spot.

To make this dish, first coat your chicken thighs in a marinade of yogurt, lemon juice, and ground spices, and marinate for at least thirty minutes, though you can leave it for up to a day if you prefer.

Then, skewer your chicken with onions, and grill for thirty minutes until cooked through. Slice thinly, serve, and enjoy!

Whether you want it in a pita pocket or over jasmine rice, this is one recipe you'll want to bookmark

    2.Kofta - Kafta Kebab

When my friends ask what goes with jasmine rice, my Kofta recipe is always my answer and for a good reason! These beef kebabs are so easy to make – not to mention absolutely delicious!

They’re perfectly spiced, tender, and the ideal side dish for Jasmine rice. The rich, aromatic spices in kafta complement jasmine rice's subtle fragrance.

To make them, first combine your beef and spices with a blended mixture of onion, parsley, and mint leaves. Then, leave it in the fridge to set, and then shape it into whatever you desire.

Put your shaped kebab onto a skewer and grill for five minutes on each side.

    Then dig in!

    3.Grilled Lemongrass Chicken

Chicken is good with so many flavor profiles, but almost nothing beats the herby tanginess of lemongrass. This chicken is the perfect juicy, zesty, fresh, and tantalizing dish to make your day.

To make this dish, you make a quick paste of ginger, garlic cloves, lemongrass, honey, neutral oil, and kosher salt, then rub it all over your whole chicken.

Grill your chicken until golden brown and flowing with juices, around forty-five minutes, then drizzle with sriracha brown sugar sauce and serve.

The distinct lemon-pepper scent and the savory sweetness from the sauce, complements the mild, slightly sweet jasmine rice without overshadowing it.

    4.Tofu Stir Fry

If you’re looking for a fresh, colorful, and healthy vegetarian (and vegan) main, this tofu stir fry is the way to go. It’s moist and saucy, packed full of protein and nutrients, and just bursting with incredible flavor!

It comes together in just half an hour as well!

Just press your tofu to ensure it can soak up all of the flavors of the dish, then sprinkle it with cornflour and fry in oil until crispy (three to four minutes per side.)

Saute sesame oil, red peppers, and broccolini until softened, then add garlic and ginger, tofu, soy sauce, vegetable stock, and honey after a few seconds.

Sprinkle it with sesame seeds, then serve it over jasmine rice and enjoy!

The light floral aroma of the jasmine rice is a perfect side for the savory flavors in the tofu and veggies. Plus, it's a balanced meal that keeps you feeling full and happy.

    5.Thai Green Curry with Shrimp

This one-pan, quick recipe will get you thinking twice about ordering from your favorite Thai takeout place.

It’s fresh, zesty, bursting with color and flavor, and sure to delight whenever you serve it!

To make this dish, first gently cook onions, garlic, ginger, and curry paste in a skillet before adding in your coconut milk, fish sauce, and brown sugar.

Then, add your shrimp, peppers, and carrots to the skillet, cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked, and serve with a garnish of Thai basil and lime wedges.

    6.Beef Rendang

If you’re after an incredibly satisfying, rich, deeply layered dish, check out this beef rendang! It’s the best Malaysian curry, with tender beef falling off of the bone and drenched in savory sauce.

It takes a little time and effort to prepare this dish, but it’s so worth it! To make it, firstly brown your beef in a skillet, then remove and add in your spice paste and cook until thick and dark.

Then, add the beef back in along with the remaining seasonings and leave to cook for an hour and fifteen minutes.

Finally, reduce the sauce and cook for an additional thirty to forty minutes until the beef is coated and “fall apart tender”.

Serve it with jasmine rice or go the extra mile with coconut-flavored rice. Either way, it's gonna be a meal to remember.

    7.Miso Glazed Salmon

Still wondering what to eat with jasmine rice ? Try this recipe. This miso glazed salmon is flaky, savory, and packed with umami flavor. It takes a couple of hours to marinade, but it has only twenty minutes of prep and cook time.

To prepare this dish, marinate your salmon in salt, pepper, miso paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil for one to three hours.

Then, bake for twelve to fifteen minutes (depending on preferred doneness) and broil for a minute or two to get a crispy outer layer. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve!

    8.Vegetable Biryani

This vegetable biryani is incredibly aromatic, flavorful, and nourishing.

It’s packed with loads of fresh, colorful, and healthy veggies, and is the ideal accompaniment to jasmine rice and other interesting carbs.

Scoop the veggie-loaded biryani on top of that fluffy jasmine rice, and you've got a plate that's comforting yet exciting. The rice soaks up all those flavors and balances the heat.

And let's not forget a dollop of raita to cool things off.

    Perfect, isn't it?

    9.Korean Bulgogi

This Korena bulgogi (barbecue beef) is smoky, juicy, tender, subtle sweet, and overall super amazing.

It’s also so easy to make; while it needs some time to marinate, once it’s soaked up the flavor, it’s ready to go in under twenty minutes!

To make this dish, thinly slice your meat and marinade in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, apple, onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper, and let sit for at least four hours in the fridge (though up to a day is fine.)

Once the beef has marinated, cook in a skillet or on a grill coated in oil for three to five minutes (depending on your personal preference), then toss with sesame seeds and serve.

Scoop jasmine rice onto your plate and pile that bulgogi on top. You'll get the perfect mix of tender beef and the comforting warmth of the rice with every bite.

    10.Paneer Tikka Masala

This tikka masala is the perfect creamy, indulgent, and mouth-watering dish. It consists of salty, gooey pockets of paneer (cheese) in a spicy, savory, and utterly scrumptious curry.

To make this dish, first combine yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, kasuri methi, oil, lemon juice, and salt, then marinate the paneer in the mixture.

Saute your onions and add in tomatoes, cashews, sugar, salt, red chili powder, and more garam masala. Blend this mixture, then pre-cook your marinated paneer and veggies, add to the sauce, garnish, and ready!

Here's how you bring it all together: scoop up some steamy jasmine rice onto your plate and ladle generous amounts of Paneer Tikka Masala right next to it.

The warm spices and tangy sauce will seep into the rice, making every bite utterly delicious.

And if you're a fan of a little char, grill those paneer cubes until they've got those enticing, crispy edges—just the thought is making me hungry!

    11.Chili Garlic Eggplant

This spiced eggplant recipe is one of my all-time favorites. It’s soft, tender, and creamy, with the perfect balance of hot, savory, and slightly sweet. It takes your main dish from "Hmm..." to "Wow!"

Plus it's naturally vegan, comes together in half an hour, and is jam-packed full of vitamins and nutrients.

Toss your cooked jasmine rice onto a plate, scoop a generous amount of the saucy eggplants right next to it (or over it), and there you have it—a meal that's hearty, satisfying, and oh-so-easy to make.

    12.Moroccan Chicken Tagine

This Moroccan-style recipe makes the most tender, flavorful chicken. It’s zesty and briney, and has a unique and stimulating flavor palette that’s sure to leave you and your guests wanting more.

Spoon it over fluffy jasmine rice. The rice not only soaks up all that rich, spiced sauce but also balances the intense flavors with its gentle, soothing taste.
