Hot Honey Recipe

This infused honey recipe makes perfectly sweet and spicy honey
Prep Time 15 mins


  • 1 cup Honey
  • 2 fresh hot peppers of choice I used serranos
  • 10-15 dried hot peppers chiles de arbol or cayenne peppers


  • Roughly chop the fresh peppers
  • Pour the honey into a small saucepan and add all of the hot peppers, fresh and dried
  • Simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or longer. The longer it is simmered, the spicier it will be
  • Remove from heat and let it cool for several minutes
  • Strain the honey into a jar and store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks
