I have 4 children who are all wanting to help me in the kitchen. While this is AWESOME, it is also a bit challenging to be able to teach them the skills they need, and get a presentable and tasty dinner on the table.
While I love to cook, sometimes I get in a focused mood and don't want the interruption. Well I found a solution!! And that is getting kids cookbooks and having them pick out recipes they want to try.
Now that we are home all the time, I set aside a time every few weeks for each of them to get a chance in the kitchen. They went through their favorite cookbooks and made a list of what they want to make.
