When it comes to cool and refreshing non alcoholic drinks, one of my go-to drinks is this virgin strawberry daiquiri recipe. This non alcoholic frozen strawberry daiquiri is made with delicious strawberries, fresh lime juice and is one of the best mocktails with Sprite out there!

It's been really fun as I continue this little series on non-alcoholic mocktails! I'm a big proponent of more alcohol free drinks at parties and other places. There are so many people who either don't drink (yours truly) or are on the wagon for various reasons, who would love a non alcoholic beverage as an option!
Maybe you are looking for drinks for dry January, or want a mocktail for pregnancy, or like me, you just like the drinks without alcohol. No matter where you find yourself, this fruity frozen mocktail will hit the spot!
Let me just preface that some strawberry daiquiri recipes are not as sweet as this one. This frozen strawberry daiquiri mocktail recipe is not just alcohol free, it is quite sweet and I would consider it a dessert mocktail, since it is made with Sprite and has added sugar in it.

🍓 Ingredients
The ingredients for this mocktail strawberry daiquiri are:
- frozen strawberries
- fresh lime juice
- sugar
- sprite
- ice cubes
When selecting your strawberries for this drink, make sure to buy frozen strawberries without any added sugar. You just want plain hulled frozen strawberries and nothing else.
A traditional strawberry daiquiri contains rum, but we will be omitting that since we are making our strawberry daiquiri non alcoholic.
🔪 Instructions
When making strawberry daiquiri mocktails, all you need are the ingredients (obviously) and a good blender.
Go ahead and place the frozen strawberries in the blender. Add the sugar (optional), Sprite or other lemon lime soda, and the fresh squeezed lime juice. Add about ¼ cup of crushed ice, or about 4 ice cubes.
After adding all of the ingredients, turn it on and blend it up until all of the ice is blended up into the drink and there are no large chunks of strawberries. It should be thick and kind of like a slushy consistency.
Immediately pour the frozen daiquiri mocktail into 2 serving glasses and enjoy it while it is still cold and partially frozen.
You can garnish it with a slice of fresh lime or fresh strawberries, or both!
This is the best mocktail for summer!
📖 Variations
Some people like to add simple syrup instead of sugar to their mocktails. I prefer this strawberry daiquiri without simple syrup, but with granulated sugar instead. It is already sweet because of the Sprite, and if you don't want it too sweet, leave out the sugar altogether.

So tasty! I had to give up alcohol for health reasons, so I definitely appreciate this mocktail version of a strawberry daiquiri. It was easy to make and delicious, and I didn't even miss the alcohol.
