Sometimes you need a home cooked meal you can do on the fly with very little time to spare. I have 4 children, and with 4 different schedules (well 6 if you include us as parents!) time and planning are of essential value! We really try to stick to our budget so eating out isn’t something we do that often unless it’s planned.
Even if you don’t have children, we all need to have a quick go-to meal that is easy and satisfying. This recipe for Sloppy Joes is one of my quick go-to meals. I usually have ground beef in my freezer and all of the other ingredients I have on hand also. So let’s get started!
Add the ground beef to a large saucepan and brown it. Drain the grease after it is browned.
After the beef is cooked and drained, add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low-med heat for 15 minutes or so. Serve on a bun with a side of Perfect Fried Potatoes and Onions.
